Let me see, I was passed along the way by Tinkerbell, a ton of Snow Whites, and Captain Jack Sparrow (in full uniform).

Our original goal was to raise awareness about the the Week of Champions, but with time constraints and a bit of uncertainty, running team shirt were never made and a full blown campaign was not launched.

And while no heighten awareness or funds were raised, the 2012 version of the Week of Champions will go on, full of promise.  A promise,  unlike the lingering effects of 26.2 miles on my joints, that the lessons learned and the connections made during that special week in June will last a lifetime.

The Week of Champions running team participated in their final organized road race before they take on the Disney Marathon in January.
